My last entry for 2009! I can’t believe this year had gone by so fast! A new decade will be here, and that’s kind of a scary thought. I remember back in 1999 when everyone was afraid of the Y2K and the whole “Apocalypse is coming” paranoia. In two years, we’ll go through the same thing with 2012 . . . which I find it all ridiculous. XD Much like the whole Y2K situation.

Well, to end the year with a bang (blogging-wise), here’s my annual review, highlighting all the events in my mundane life. It’s funny. I claim to be a rather boring person, but whenever I do this kind of entry, I realise that a lot has had happened to me. Then again, a lot can happen in a day, much less a year. A snowy day in Seoul. Snow is so beautiful. I’m secretly hoping for it to snow all day and night. Doubt that will happen, though! One question, though. Why couldn’t it snow like this for Christmas?!

I, TC, am definitely having a “tech gadgety” year! I sold Ubi, my old DS, to a friend for $30, and my wonderful daddy bought me this brand new DS for me!

Time to have fun with Shimmi, Portie (netbook), and Provo (desktop computer), and my thousands of DVDs, mangas, and books over my mini-Christmas break! Three-day weekend is the best!

NO MORE CHRISTMAS SHOPPING. I had posted over a week ago that I had finished my shopping. Not really. I had to buy a couple of more things. One was a box of Lindt’s chocolate for my mum’s friend, and today I bought what I hope is the last spending splurge I’ll ever do on a jewellery. I spent $469 on a pair of 18K white gold amethyst and diamond earrings for my mother. I’ve been meaning to buy a real piece of jewellery for her, and I finally did. I’ve fulfilled my “daughtery” obligations. Muhahaha. XD

Unfortunately my bank account and my credit card hate me. Luckily I don’t have to pay it off until the 26th of January.

Seriously, though? No more. I’ll never get tired of Amazon shopping, but I do get sick of real shopping. Ugh. My sensibilities are not womanly at all, and I’m proud of it!

After four years of keeping the same ugly layout on Snarky Slytherin Network, I finally made a new one. Actually, I had planned on a new one since when I commissioned my friend, I wanted to use that image for the layout. I did, and it’s up!

Now I cannot stop staring at that smexy looking Draco Malfoy! So pretty!

Anyway, I betad and read fics, giving people feedback and critiques, worked on a new layout, and helped move Grumpy into my room. I was quite productive on my day off. I need more days off to accomplish more stuff!
