RPing and End of Vacay

August 28, 2006 @ 4:57 pm (Permalink)

*sighs* Why must good things always happen at the end of vacation? I remember couple summers ago, I discovered video games that I started playing towards the end…Last year it was the discovery of bittorent and animes…this year, it has to be I started two new wonderful RP with two friends of mine and now my work starts tomorrow.

*dies* Not really work, but I’m going into volunteer and then whenever I do get some sub jobs, I hope to get some. *sighs* Twas was a good five weeks though… just wish it was a bit longer. So the high school I work at resumes tomorrow and my school itself resume next Tuesday. BLARGH! I don’t want my vacay to end! I shall miss my vampire sleeping schedule and my bumming around days!

Night Owl Activities

August 27, 2006 @ 2:03 am (Permalink)

There’s something quite fascinating about the night. When I was young, I was definitely a diurnal person. To me, waking up early on Saturdays to watch cartoons was a bliss. As I got older, I gradually became nocturnal. The verdict now? I am definitely a night owl… or perhaps a vampire. XD

I adore walking around the city late at night… Which is what I sorta did today. I can’t wait till I’m on my own because then I can do whatever I want…come home whenever I want. I swear, if it wasn’t for my mum, I’d probably not come home till three or four in the morning. I think a part of me is from the Romantic era, albeit the city is not exactly all nature, but being surrounded by trees in my apartment complex area makes me feel like one!

And it’s infinitely even better to have someone to walk around with and talk. Tina and I were just standing around in Itaewon… just watching the people go by, comment on some of the odder ones, and it was bliss. I mean, personally, I prefer cafes and stuff, but just being outside surrounded noises from cars and people… it soothes me. Now if only STARS could be seen in Seoul. Then it’d be a total bliss. But no, stars are NON-EXISTENT here. BOO.

Speaking of Tina, she’s leaving today. I’m so gonna miss her. Man… now I have to wait till December to see that goofball again. GARGH. At least I know I can survive four months… after waiting for eight months for August, this should be a piece of cake. Or so it should, but in actuality, it’s gonna be a biatch! Oh well… I wish her the best of luck on her flight tomorrow and hope nobody’s stinky feet gets in her face. XD Sorry, inside joke between her and me. XD Tina, I wub you!

Happily Buzzed

August 26, 2006 @ 12:05 am (Permalink)

…Which is wearing off real fast. I don’t think I’m even buzzed enough. Oi… I guess better than getting drunk off my arse and passing out in the middle of nowhere. XD

Met up with Sarah and we went to Myeong-dong to find a place to eat since Itaewon wasn’t appealing to us for a meal. Finally went to a Japanese restaurant where we basically had Udon or Udong (former in Japanese and latter in Korean). Then we caught bus #0013 to Itaewon and went to my favourite bar called Bless U. Loved that place. Quiet and peaceful compared to other bars/clubs in that area.

I had myself six cocktails… enough to get me somewhat buzzed, but not enough to last long apparently. Had two of the followings: Orgasm, Fuzzy Navel, and Malibu (Coconut Rum) Coke. Yummmm. Also discovered, by tasting Sarah’s, that Banana Banshee might not be so bad despite the name sounds.

Tina stopped by to chat with us for a while and convincingly even got one of the bartender to believe we were lovers. Oi. That silly girl will be the death of me one day hahaha! Oh well. It’s always fun pretending to be a lesbian. Although, tonight I was denying her advances quite adamantly. XD But ultimately, we are both straight, and she was just being her goofy self.

Fun times… too bad my friends and I aren’t rich enough to do this more often. The most we can afford is once a month… or more like once every three months usually. Ah well. It’s fun going out and just drink at a bar and talk once in a while.

… Let’s see how bad this entry looks later on today when I read this 100% sober. Let’s see how many typos and horrible grammar errors I made! XD

Expensive CD

August 21, 2006 @ 12:22 am (Permalink)

Am still alive… breathing.

Nothing really interesting happening… aside from hanging out with my two chingoos. Who are Tina and Praxis, my computer. XD Okay, I lie. Plenty of stuff happening, but nothing really blogworthy.

I went to Myeong-dong today. Just eye shopping while Tina bought her “cheap” clothes. While in the cd store I like, I saw the Dead Poets Society OST. I would have bought it but the price of 20,000 won, roughly 20 bucks, was so not worth it! I nearly had a heart attack at that price. *shakes head* Capitalism… the joy of robbing one’s hard-earned moola.

And that store did not have any Janne Da Arc’s cd. WTF. I guess they are not that popular as I thought they were…

One more week before my vacay truly ends. NOOOOO. It’s going by way too fast!

DB-Day Yet Again

August 15, 2006 @ 5:45 pm (Permalink)

DB-Day = Domain’s Birthday.

Yeap, today marks yet another year that has come for my lovely domain. Fourth year, I believe. And on a side of that, fifth year since I had a domain, and sixth year since I started webpage designing.

…And sadly enough, if I hadn’t looked at the calendar today, I would have forgotten about this day. Haha. That’s sad, eh? XD Ah well, I remembered.
